Audio Frenzy Records national recording artists AIR FIVE are Ben Peeples (lead vox, guitar), Michael Segarra (bass, vocals) and Taylor Carroll (drums). Touring out of Greenbrier TN, AIR FIVE strives to deliver a positive message through the means of fast, loud and energetic music.
From serious tales of overcoming thoughts of hopelessness (Hold My Hand), surrendering to Gods purpose (Write My Story) and to lighter, energetic songs that provide a comical look at the triumph over the woes of a breakup (All I Need). Their Christian faith provides the foundation for and is emulated in their song writing. Characterized by an infectious pop punk rock sound, thoughtful lyrics, and high energy live shows, AIR FIVE is touring across North America supporting their new release, Write My Story.
Formed in early 2004 by high school friends Ben Peeples and Michael Segarra, AIR FIVE has honed their sound by touring regionally at first, then adding national dates over the past year from Florida to California. They signed with Audio Frenzy Entertainment in October 2006 for management and then a multi-album deal in December 2006 with Audio Frenzy Records & Publishing. Their debut label release, Write My Story, will release at retail May 29, 2007.
Write My Story was produced by Grammy & Dove winner Barry Blair (Audio Adrenaline, Bleach, Candlefuse, One Foot Forward, Poor Man’s Riches) and mixed by CCM veteran producer Brian Hardin (Manic Drive, Jill Parr, FFH, Paul Alan, These Five Down, Nouveaux). AIR FIVE has appeared with Day of Fire (Essential), Jill Parr (Whiplash), Krystal Meyers (Essential), Eleventy Seven (Flicker), Last Tuesday (Mono vs Stereo) and many other local and regional artists.
