Artist Biography and Album Description:
Broken Yoke was formed in January of 1998, for about a year the band played local shows around Northwest Ohio and built quite a following. They began to record and release their music independently and in the process gained a platform through extensive touring and garnered the attention of radio stations throughout the country with a string of hook-driven melodies. 2005 brought the release of Beneath the Surface, which received national radio airplay and was also featured on television in the U.S. and abroad. Fall 2006 ushers the release of the band's much anticipated worship album, Where Angels Sing. The band is currently on tour supporting this album.

Broken Yoke puts everything into their live performance, and the energy they have on stage is incredible. The band travels with an amazing sound and lighting rig delivering an incredible show night after night, but the one thing that is truly evident in their performance above all else is their passion for Jesus Christ.
