The C.S.G'z ministry began in March of 1997, after Edmond Monroe aka "Young Flame" introduced Amos Pendleton aka Agape' to The Lord. An automatic connection was made at this time and the two began to use their gift of rap to win hundreds of people to the Lord. By the year 2000, the C.S.G'z rap group had grown to 6 members and every member was a product of the C.S.G'z evangelistic impact.

In the year 2002, the C.S.G'z released an album titled "Eternal Life Insurance". The album consisted of the following artists: Agape', Young Flame, 180, Nikao', Shepardboy, and Dee Prodigal. This was the first step to the C.S.G'z vision coming to pass, because this is the CD that caught the attention of Wise Up Record's CEO L.G.Wise. By this time most of the group had ventured off to pursue individual ministry visions. But Agape’, 180, and Nikao' were determined to keep the C.S.G vision alive.

After knocking down the door of opportunity with their debut album titled "Mouf 2 Mic", the C.S.G'z are doing it again. Agape' and Nikao' have united once more, but this time with a new addition to the group, Lil' Shep. These three men of God are dropping the C.S.G'z second album titled "Sophomore" on Living Authentic Entertainment / Adullam House Records.
